Find the best places to live with our guide to the finest towns, villages, cities and suburbs in the UK for 2021. Is Leeds a nice place to live? Green suburbs, parks and good schools plus lots of countrysides close by. Apart from London, Manchester is the only other U.K. city I’d consider living in - I love Manchester. Methley on the way to Leeds looks nice but I know someone who used to live there – very much a local place for local people. North Leeds is ok, but head to West Leeds/North Bradford for the best on the door riding (in hills) Wharfedale (on a train route to Leeds in 30mins) is very nice but expensive. Both are genuinely amazing cities.
